Multiple campaigns for McDonald's Egypt during my position as a copywriter at Fortune Promoseven (FP7) Cairo.

McDONALD'S VALUE LUNCH

McDonalds wanted to increase its guest counts from 1 to 4pm by making a discount offer on their combos during these hours. We decided to create an occasion for this promotion that did not exist before in the Egyptian culture; the lunch break. We established the importance of the lunch break by reminding consumers of their good old school days and the excitement they felt every time they heard the school bell ring to announce the break. Bringing back the nostalgia of the recess periods, the ad drew hilarious comparisons between corporate and school cultures (boring classes vs. long working hours, bossy teachers vs. irritating bosses, etc.) in order to remind Egyptians why they really need a lunch break.

McDONALD'S BREAKFAST MENU

McDonald's recently introduced its new Breakfast Menu in Egypt. But in a country where beans and falafel are customary breakfast meals, people had to be made aware of McDonald's Breakfast Menu and its ingredients using only print, digital, and radio ads.
